Privacy notice

This website is run by Kayleigh van Dongen, Remich, Luxembourg. You can reach me through the contact form.

What this site collects. Nothing, unless you send me a message. There are no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services loaded in your browser.

The contact form. When you send a message, I receive your name, your email address, the subject you chose, the painting you mention (if any), your message, and the date and time. I use these only to reply to you. The message is emailed to my inbox, and a copy is kept on the web server for up to 180 days and then deleted.

Where your data is handled. The web server is operated on my behalf by Leonard J. French and is located in the United States (hosted by Akamai/Linode). Email is relayed by Resend from servers in the EU.

Server logs. Like most websites, the server keeps standard access logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for up to 14 days, for security purposes only.

Sharing. Your data is never sold, shared or used for marketing.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to me through the contact form. You can also complain to Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.lu).
